Our Story
The big HVAC names in Indianapolis spend a fortune on advertising — and the cost of all those billboards and TV ads gets baked into the quote you get on your kitchen counter. We saw too many friends and neighbors walk away from one of those quotes feeling oversold and overcharged, and we decided to do it differently.
White River HVAC is run by Daniel Zimmerman. I grew up in this area, I still live here, and I work on the same south side I'll come fix your system in. There's no call center between you and us. When you call, you get one of us. When we show up at your house, it's us doing the work — or someone we trained personally — not a rotating crew of strangers.
I started this company on a simple bet: that homeowners would rather work with a small, honest local team than a sales machine, if that small team could match the work and beat the price. So that's what we do. Lower overhead. Careful installs. Honest answers — even when "you don't need that yet" is the honest answer. We're based in the 46237 area on the south side of Indianapolis, and we stay within about an hour of home so we can respond fast and price fair.
